7. Assembly

This is mainly the process of joining the brush part and the handle part of the product. Our skilled work staff perform this step by hand, and we also offer bagging and resizing services for custom-made products.

8. Individual packaging

This is a packaging process for customers who wish to have their products individually packaged. Air blowing is also performed during the bristle fixing and cutting processes, and packaging is performed while checking for foreign objects.

9. Final inspection and packing

Primary inspection is performed during the bristle fixing and cutting processes, but a final visual inspection is also performed before packing to ensure that no foreign objects are contained. We only ship products with zero defects to customers.
